BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

St Mark’s (Lord Mayor’s) Chapel, Bristol

The dial is painted high on the south wall to the right of the large window above the south door. It was refurbished, and the gnomon was replaced, not long before June 2011. It has aligned numerals VIII - XII - IV - VII. The centre is pink, with a white chapter ring and black numerals and lining, with a solid black semicircle around the root of the black iron gnomon with an ’S’ support.
