BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Lancashire

This bronze dial is mounted on a decorative stone pedestal, whose circular base and octagonal step bring the dial to around two metres high. The detail on the dial plate is good and the dial is in good repair. The Hall itself, now a Christian centre, is private but the dial lies in the gardens near to the building.
