BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Church of St Mary, Down Hatherley

On Southeast diagonal buttress of the tower. Strangely awkward mounting of a stone dial plate set into the edge of a buttress to face South. Unusual under-scalloped strip metal gnomon with single supporter. Gnomon cut away at its end. Roman numerals and hour lines visible,with a cross at noon.
