BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Adlington Hall (1), Macclesfield

The dial is very worn, with only a few of the hour numerals visible. Mounted 180 degrees out. Dial loosely mounted. Pedestal formed from two fluted columns on top of one another mounted on two wide shallow steps.
