BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.
Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.
Motto reads: "Opus tantum tantillum tempus". [So much to do; so little time]. Commemorates the 50th Anniversary of Timothy Richards. Refer letter in Bound Reports Vol 14 from TR 12.8.94
The dial declines to the west and shows hours from 2pm to 9pm as whole hours only.
