BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.
Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.
The dial is located in the Market Place within a railed garden on a tall Doric memorial column. It has furniture on the N and S faces, with the date 1893 on both, and gnomons intact. Hours on the S face are VI - XII - IIII - VI, with no subdivisions. The E and W faces are blank.
