Dinmore Manor, Hope under Dinmore

Dinmore Manor is off the A49. In the centre of the south facing bay is a vertical dial of sandstone with decorations of inlaid metal round its border. It declines 8° east and shows the hours VI-V divided into halves and quarters. The dial plate is an embossed square panel set in an arched border. The dial dates from 1929 when a new wing was added to the older buildings.
