BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

St Mary’s Parish Church, Chiddingstone

Diamond shaped dial above the door, with border around, and date ’1626’ in the top corner. Some hour lines visible in 2009, but the lower area was obscured by creeper growth as in an earlier photograph of 1954!
