BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

St Mary’s RC Church, Cricklade

The dial is about 16 feet up on the SE corner of the chapel. Dial plate has ornamental pediment. Angled out to face S, and supported by shelf braced by steel bars. Recently repainted (June 2010). Date at top. Upright numerals VI - XII - IIII - VI originally in garter round sides, now simply painted in chapter ring, with full hour lines and half and quarter hour marks. Sunburst at gnomon root (Aug 1995) now overpainted. Solid plate gnomon with saw-tooth lower edge.
