BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

St John’s Church, Minal (Mildenhall)

The dial surface is the stone of the buttress on the SW corner of the tower. It uses a Cross for Noon and IV for 4pm. 4 inch diam sunburst at gnomon root Shows 5am to 4pm in half hours. Half hour lines are 1/4 length. Small spike on end of gnomon. Church notice says village name is locally called Minal. OS map uses Mildenhall.
