BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Primary School, Wincanton

The dial is n the main west gable, at the far end in the photograph. Sun and butterfly motif. Shows 6am to 3pm in hours. The numerals are Arabic and are attached separately to the wall. The am hours and pm hours are set out in separate arcs. Declination - South 40 degrees East Made by Peter Walker. The clock in similar style on the other gable is by David Pawley.
