BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Bridlington School, Bridlington

The dial is on the front wall of the school. The motto at the top reads: "Qualis Umbra Talis Vita". Upright Arabic numerals 8 - 12 - 7 with hour lines and dots for half hours. In the centre, ’B B / B’ with the date 1899 in very small numerals below it.
