BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Shropshire

The dial is in the rose garden. It is a stone block with 28 scaphe and other dials - the south face has 8, the north 7, the east 6, the west 6, and the top has 1. Some gnomons are intact. The north face has a table of planetary & zodiacal symbols and the legend "Domus planetarum". The plinth is missing. There are numerous mottoes, not recorded. Compare SRN 2235 at Moccas Court, Glos.
