BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Merseyside

The dial has two analemma gnomons, one for Spring and one for Autumn. It shows Roman hours for 5am to 7pm, divided to 30, 15, 10 1ne 5 minutes. It stands on a brick pillar 400 square, 515 high.
