BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Short gnomon set in single sandstone blockoOn a quoin above the porch.. No numerals are visible, just some hour lines and the surrounding chapter ring. Highly unusual gnomon supporter in a very tight ’S’ shape. Tip of gnomon is bent down. Ref: Sulgrave Manor & the Washingtons, Clifford-Smith
