BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Cathedral, Ripon

The dial is located 15 feet up the South Transept buttress. It declines 2 degrees West and was restored in 1992. Shows 6am to 5pm in half hours. Uses XII and IV. Bar gnomon with single supporter which is bent downward at outer end.
