BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

The dial is mounted at the apex of the gable above the south porch doorway. It has south, east and west faces, the south with a sun face and Roman numerals for 6am to 6pm, divided to quarter hours, the west with Arabic numerals for 2pm to 8pm, and the east too indistinct to be certain. The west and east gnomons are missing. The south is a blade pierced with a small hole at the tip, wiith one horizontal blade support. The top south-east corner of the block is missing, but the date of 1724, and the motto: ’Ut Hora Sic Vita’, are taken from Mrs Gatty 1900, p127,457.
