BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Hampshire

Mottoes read: "Vivat Carolus Secundus", "O Beata solitudo, O sola Beatitudo", "Mihi opidum caicer est et solitudo ", "Paradisus Deus Nobiscum et corona manum opus nostrum". Dated 1663. Dial may be similar to one at Polesden Lacey. Pearson Page model 4227, a copy of the original stone dial at Peterborough, SRN 6078.
