BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Tithe Barn (2), Treago

On the SW gable of the tithe barn is a vertical declining dial of stone. It dates from 1664 and has the motto ’Breves sunt dies hominis’ (Short are the days of man). It shows the hours IX, noon (marked by a cross) and I-VIII divided into half hours.
