BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

St Margaret’s Church., Carsington

High up on the wall of the nave and in good condition considering its age,1648. Pevsner, ’The buildings of England, Derbyshire’ considers it a good church, and unusually mentions the dial. The maker was WI, and on the dial it says ’Re-edified 1648’.
