BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Modern church dates from 1865, dial possibly removed from earlier church 1/4 mile to SE. Modern dedication ’Sunshine & shade / And so our lives are made / But think how great the sun / How small the shade!’. Surmounted by a brass crucufix. NW face II - VIII; NE IIII - X; SW XI - VI; SE VI - II; with ’+’ for noon.
