BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

St Mary’s Church, Brent

Motto at top reads: "Dum Spectas Fugio". Dial stone set deeply into tower stonework, and heavily canted out on rhs. Upright Roman numerals VIII - XII - (VII?) with hour lines and half and quarter hour divisions. Lines and numerals/letters carved in low relief. Painted light blue though with some flaking. Original gnomon replaced by rod. Lines degraded around Noon, Some moss. Date marked in central box.
