BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

St Mary’s Church (2), Donnington

The slate vertical dial on the church wall is canted out on a bracket so as to achieve due South orientation. It shows the hours VI - VI (using XII and IIII) divided into halves and quarters. It was originally painted and gilded. A sunburst surrounds the root of the gnomon. It is an 18th century dial and measures 760mmw x 680mmh.
