BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

St Mary’s Church (1), Donnington

The slate headstone of Alma Doreen Davies who died in 1982 carries a vertical declining dial showing the undivided hours VI - I (using XII for noon). It is delineated to show BST. In the top right hand corner of the headstone is the motto, "Light and Shade by Turns but Love Always" The dial, designed by Christopher Daniel and made by Brookbrae Ltd, was put in place in 1986. It measures 240mm in diameter.
