BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

St Mary’s Parish Church, West Winch

Motto reads: "Hora Monet" [The hour warns] & ’1706 TB RC’. Initials believed to be those of churchwardens. Also some faint lettering partially visible, below the initials. Cross for Noon and IIII for 4pm. Black lines and numerals on ’white’ ground. Pocks between numerals. Shows 6am to 5pm in half hours.
