BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

The Lodge, Fenny Bentley

The delineation of this dial, that is the calculation of the position of the gnomon and the hour lines, was an O-level examination project undertaken by Kate Richardson. It declines about 18 degrees to the east. The maths therefore would not be more difficult, but a little longer. But there is a mistake.
