St Dunstan Church, City of London

In gardens, on S wall of nave. Church ruined in WW2. Hour lines engraved from semicircle around gnomon root. Uses XII and IV. Shows 8am to 6pm in hours. Solid sheet gnomon with sigmoidal rear - is slightly loose. In memory of H Gyle-Thompson. Dial is next to, and sometimes hidden behind, a fig tree planted for the coronation of George VI in 1937.
