BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.
Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.
Dial is located over the main door. Located 1.75 miles ENE of Tisbury. Visible from the Road. Declines 20+ degrees E. Shows 5am to 5pm in half hours. Hour lines (6am -10am and Noon) just visible. Traces of numerals might be imagined. Rectangle in centre and traces of date (?1667/1657) can be inferred.
