BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.
Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

The dial is inset into the wall.
Shows 6am to 6pm in half and some quarter hours. Hour lines emanate from semicircle. Some half hour lines are full length and others not. Two lines above the horizon. Short fork-ended strip gnomon with single supporter.
Motto appears to read " ??SO? SPEED WE / BUT THE RECKONING BIDETH".
