BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial No 1. By main gate. Shows 6am to 6pm in hours. EoT table cast as an arc on the meridian ring. Lat of N5127 engraved on rear support. Two tropic rings and signs of zodiac in silhouette and 12 painted common flowers. Set on large square limestone pedestal. Rod gnomon without arrow ends.
