BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Hertfordshire

Shows 4am to 8pm in half and quarter hours. Uses XII and IIII. 2, 10 and 20 minute divisions around outer edge of dial. Noon gap. Viewed from inside the chapter ring. Set on 3 step octagonal pedestal. Inscribed ’Latitude 52.00’.
