Sundial House, Newbury

This vertical sundial declining 10° E and set high on the building is made of fibreglass. It carries the date 1989 (MCMLXXXIX in Roman numerals) and shows the hours VI to V undivided, in gold on a blue background. The hour lines spring from a semicircle round the gnomon root. The circular dial plate is about a metre in diameter and was made by David Pawley.
