BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

St Mary’s Church (1), Piddlehinton

The dial is on the south-east buttress of the tower. This is the older of the two dials at his church. It shows 7am to 5pm in hours, using IV for 4pm, with no hour lines and few numerals. The date is incised at the top with digits either side of gnomon. The strip wrought-iron gnomon has a single supporter. The gnomon was replaced in 2000 when Dial No 2 was installed.
