BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

St Mary’s Church, Market Lavington

Shows 6am to 4pm in half hours. Uses cross patty for Noon and IIII. Was is poor condition with only two gnomon support holes - one close to root. No hole at the root however. Lead visible in the holes. Some repair between Noon and 1pm lines. Now restored, original markings retained and new gnomon provided and correctly positioned. Black letters on white ground.
