BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Church Cottage, Collyweston

Motto reads: "I Ray for no man". Across top of dial. No numerals. Three concentric semicircles around root. Hour lines drawn to outer semicircle. Drak lines on stone. Triangular sheet gnomon with lightly scalloped underedge. Held to wall by seven cleats. Shows 6am to 6pm in hours. Strange horizontal lines in ’chapter ring’ and narrow trapezoidal box below the dial proper. Top right corner broken off. Royal Commission on Hist Monuments, N Northants, HMSO, 1986.
