BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Tayside Region

The dial is on a stone carved baluster set on three spreading octagonal steps. It is inscribed "D. M. Brechin Lat. 56° 20’ " and has an EOT table and a large open-work brass gnomon. Ref: A R Somerville, personal file
