BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Parish Church, Auchterhouse

A single face much weathered square stone dial at the east end of the south wall of the church, slightly tilted out to face true south. Just round the corner from the vertical dial with the hemi-cylinder (SRN 1510). The stump of a gnomon remains, and the hour lines are lost by flaking of the stone.
