BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Tobias Beauchop’s House, Alloa

Diptych with SE and SW dials. The lines are clear but no numerals. The dial is supported by a carved head, and a plaque below, surrounded by swathes of fruit etc reads ’1695 TB ML’. Ref: Wills Cigarette Card No 12, which says the maker is Tobias Baak or Bachup.
