BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Tayside Region

The dial is on a slender moulded baluster resting on a circular stone slab about the same diameter as the dial. There is an inscription on the base: ’Blanche Airlie / May the sun shine on my . . . and God’s light into your soul’.
