BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Tayside Region

This is a composite dial. Part 1 is a 24-sided boss with square facets, flat on top, connected by a short column to Part 2, a shaft of three panels resembling those of an obelisk dial with various sinkings, with gnomon stumps on some facets, and no lines visible. When seen it was lying in a back yard, broken in two pieces.
