BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Hylton Court flats, Felixstowe

Vertical sundial set into brickwork on south face of building. The light green coloured plaster dial has an ornate scroll and fruit pattern pargetting around outer edge and roughcast centre rectangle. The time is shown from 7am to 4pm in half and quarter hours. The hour lines unusually start at the chapter ring and continue outwards, with the Arabic numerals shown inside the ring. The surface mounted black painted gnomon has a ball end.
