BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Waterlow Park (2), Camden

This dial is located by the wall surrounding the gardens to the west end of Lauderdale House, at the northern end of Lauderdale House. A plaque on the plinth notes: ’This dial plate is on a level with the top of the dome of St Paul’s cathedral’. Aligned numerals VII - XII - IV - V, read from inside, with hour lines to an arc around the gnomon origin, and no subdivisions. The plate is in good condition but the gnomon is missing. The gnomon fixings remain in situ. This dial replaces a square stone (split) dial plate with bronze gnomon, which was reported stolen in 2000.
