BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Sussex (E)

The dial is mounted on a brick wall 3 m above ground level, above a door. It is made of oak with incised lines filled black and the gnomon is sheet plastic painted black. It declines 16.7° E of S. It shows 6am to 5pm in quarter hours in upright Roman numerals using XII and IIII.
