BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Highland Region

The dial is on an octagonal moulded pillar in matching material, on an octagonal step. It has been re-mounted at some time and is wrongly oriented. It is a pentagonal section prism with triangular faces. There are bowl hollows on five upper reclining faces and on five vertical faces, all marked as dials. Few hour lines are visible and there are no gnomons, but brass collars for pin gnomons are present which connect upper and lower hollows; triangular faces between and inclining faces not marked as dials.
