BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Tayside Region

The dial is on a cylindrical pillar standing on a moulded step about 1300 high overall, with an interesting pattern of tiles around the concrete base. It s a cube with four hollows marked as dials NE, NW, SE and SW, with an ogee top and thistle finial. There is a second cube half way down the the pillar with cardinal vertical dials, hour lines visible.
