BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Tayside Region

The dial stands on a cylindrical pillar on a moulded base and one step, about 1300 high overall. It is a cube with curlicue decoration on top. The north and south faces are flat with vertical dials with metal gnomons, the north incorrect. The east and west faces are bowl hollows and there are heart-shaped hollows in the corners, all with stone carved gnomons. The dial is set up 180° out of true.
