BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Grampian Region

The dial stands on a square column about 1200 high. It is a cube with diamond-shaped cardinal faces coming to a point between each; large bowl hollows on each face are marked as dials, with triangular hollows above and below each point, not marked as dials; sloping top with reclining dials NE, NW, SE and SW; and a ball finial marked as a dial. Some hour lines are visible. Well-restored copper gnomons are all present.
