BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Tayside Region

The dial stands on a cylindrical pillar about 900 high. It is a cube with edges cut away to give a polar dial above a south vertical, two declining dials below each of east and west verticals, 2 small equatorial dials above a north vertical, and a horizontal dial on top with a circular layout with half and quarter hour lines; 12 dials in all. The solid rusted iron gnomons are all present. Beware the Shetland pony stallion!
