BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Tayside Region

The dial stands on a cylindrical column with moulded top and splayed-out base, about 1100 high. The dial cube has four oval faces with clear lines, and is surmounted by a globe marked as a dial. The north oval face has ’W L’ and the south has the date 1722. There are four bowl hollow dials, and Latin mottoes, on the plinth.
