BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Grampian Region

This is a cube dial with SE and SW faces and a rounded back. The top Is carved into two children’s heads. Hour lines and numerals are clear, as is the date 1710 and the latitude 57° 20’, both across the top. Part of the SW corner has split off, takng the gnomon with it, but all bits are still present. The dial is kept inside the church but may now have been moved.
